Today was my appointment at the hospital to get my ankle checked. The doctor asked me the usual questions and at my reply he gave me a ' I dunno what the freaking problem is with your ankle' kind of face. So he sent me for an X-ray.
Nurse, " Follow the yellow foot prints to get to the Xray clinic." Me , "Cool." So it was the first time I have ever had and Xray done. Ultra Mega Cool! (you got to give me credit it was my first time) And of all days I wore a skirt which is shorter then my sch's uniform.(so you get how short it was) . When the result were out, I got to see how my foot really looked like. The doctor told me that I had a relatively high arch. So I may have to get an arch support. (what's that?) I then got a appointment with the physiotherapist. Nurse, " This time follow the pink arrows." Me, "This place is ultra cool." (mind you it was Tan Tock Seng Hospital)
So at the physiotherapy centre the physiotherapist was pressing at every part of my right ankle. Oh and I got a very nice physiotherapist. Her name is lyn((: After a numerous number of times of her pressing at every different part of my ankle, she hit the right spot. OUCH! And finally after a whooping 4 months I know why my ankle hurts. The ligaments that join my bones are what you called wore out, so the pain comes about. And one more thing, the physiotherapy room was like a freaking large GYM! Will be going back there for another session in ten days time((: Well in the mean time whenever I exercise, I need to tape my leg to give my arch support. The trip to the hospital with mummy was fun((:
